Astro is a performance marketing agency founded in 2015 with a portfolio focused mainly on international activities. We don’t have an office; we manage our work with software, and we communicate with each other through these platforms.

The ideal candidate

As a Sales Manager, you will communicate with potential customers on LinkedIn, actively seeking opportunities to build additional lead sources. You will attend online meetings to represent the organization and gather client leads for opportunities to work together. You will follow up and manage the proposals to get clients started in collaboration. Your salary will consist of a base salary and a performance salary.

You’ll be expected to constantly look for additional lead opportunities, improve the process by which you communicate, and find creative ways to reach customers. Be very persistent and handle job rejection well.

What skills are we looking for in you?

  • Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills
  • Desire to create money
  • Knowledge of Google software
  • Persistence, interest to learn new services and then sell them
  • Digital maturity
