You review and manage ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp campaigns. You are involved with external and internal developers in installing email systems for customers. You develop automations for customers.

Of the well-known and widespread email systems, we use Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign actively. Of course, you know the other big systems as well, or you’ll learn quickly (Sendinblue, Aweber, etc.). If necessary, you can discuss the necessary installation instructions with a developer without stopping at an HTML code. You can build automated logics, even designing complex, interconnected automatisms.
We expect you to actively improve customer email automation, not just push the job to the first milestone. Be able to write creative email messages, and think conversion-centric!

From a project manager job to a junior, we always use some kind of test. This task is always designed to characterize the work you will be doing in that position.
In case of a successful test assignment, we will invite you to a personal interview. As part of this invitation, we will send you an introductory video about the company and the answers to the frequently asked questions.
There are two main goals of the personal interview: to estimate your practical skills and the possibility of cooperation between you and the company.
There has been no example of it so far, but mostly because we have been going through very fast recruitment rounds. In the future, however, we might have several rounds, but only if we have more than 2 very good candidates.
Every rejected applicant will be notified somehow about the refusal. The only exception is if the application itself is below the application requirements.
