As an online sales manager your task will be to manage the incoming leads for Astro. Through LinkedIn, you will turn the leads coming from our marketing and telesales activities into sales.
Sales Manager – New Business Specialist
As a Sales Manager you will communicate with the potencial clients via LinkedIn, actively looking for new business opportunities. You will attend online conference calls, represent the company and collect the client needs for the collaboration. You will manage the offers in order to move forward with the clients and start the activity. Your salary will consist of a base salary and a performance based bonus.
You are expected to constantly look for new lead opportunities, improve the process you are communicating with, and find creative solutions to reach customers. Be very persistent and take rejection well, as it comes with the job.
Astro is a performance marketing agency, established in 2015. Our portfolio mainly focuses on international businesses. Our values are, among others: transparency, enthusiasm for work and results; the development of a cooperative community. We live a fully digital, online life, without any physical offices. We use softwares to organize our work life and keep in touch with each other.

From a project manager job to a junior, we always use some kind of test. This task is always designed to characterize the work you will be doing in that position.
In case of a successful test assignment, we will invite you to a personal interview. As part of this invitation, we will send you an introductory video about the company and the answers to the frequently asked questions.
There has been no example of it so far, but mostly because we have been going through very fast recruitment rounds. In the future, however, we might have several rounds, but only if we have more than 2 very good candidates.
