Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube are all at your fingertips. You know the trends: why something is going to be popular, and what content you can use to achieve visible results. You don’t stop at the statement “it’s good for social media branding”. You can develop a reporting system; you use more softwares to plan online activities rather than just listening to your feelings.
We expect you to have the ability to innovate, you shouldn’t run all your planned campaigns with the same three concepts. Be able to create a way to have something to communicate about in the digital space in the campaigns you plan.

Usually 10 to 70 people apply for our job offers. Applicants' data is collected into a spreadsheet for easier handling.

From a project manager job to a junior, we always use some kind of test. This task is always designed to characterize the work you will be doing in that position.
In case of a successful test assignment, we will invite you to a personal interview. As part of this invitation, we will send you an introductory video about the company and the answers to the frequently asked questions.
There has been no example of it so far, but mostly because we have been going through very fast recruitment rounds. In the future, however, we might have several rounds, but only if we have more than 2 very good candidates.
Every rejected applicant will be notified somehow about the refusal. The only exception is if the application itself is below the application requirements.
